1.       Broadway Gold Center warrants that Broadway Gold Center sold jewelry  will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year after the date of the purchase by the customer.

All other express or implied warranties, including the implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed. Normal wear and tear are not covered. If product(s) are not in good working order as warranted, the sole and exclusive remedy shall be repair or replacement. In no event shall Broadway Gold Center be liable for any damages in excess of the purchase price of the product. This limitation applies to damages of any kind, including but not limited to, direct or indirect damages, lost profits, lost savings or other special, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages whether for breach of contract, tort or otherwise, or whether arising out of the use of or inability to use the product, even if Broadway Gold Center has been advised of the possibility of such damages or any claim by any other party. 9.            Inspection of Product upon Receipt - You must notify Broadway Gold Center within 48hrs if any items found missing or damaged after you receive the jewelry  or accessories. Broadway Gold Center will not consider any claim for damaged or missing items more than 48hrs from the date of delivery.

3.       Broadway Gold Center shall not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing any of its obligations, when such failure to perform or delay in performing any of its obligations, when failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, strike, flood, riot, fire, earthquake, lockout, late or nondelivery by suppliers, shortage or unavailability of materials, components, or transportation facilities, or any act or refusal to act, regulation, order, or intervention of any governmental authority.

4.        EXCEPT AS SET OUT HEREIN IN NO EVENT SHALL Broadway Gold Center BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY AND WHETHER ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

7.       Accessories ( or components) Purchase - For accessories denoted Bulk or components sold separately, Broadway Gold Center warrants that such items will conform to their published specifications and will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve months from the date of original purchase. All others will carry first 30-day defective exchange only and subject to manufacturer's warranty thereafter. This limited warranty and any implied warranties including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited in duration to a period of time set forth in each stated warranty. No other warranties apply. In no event shall Broadway Gold Center be liable for consequential damages for breach of warranty, including but not limited to lost profits or injury to reputation and good will.

8.       In no event shall Broadway Gold Center be liable for any lost data stored on Buyer's hard drive. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or exclusion or limitation of consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply.

2.       Prior to shipping merchandise for return the customer must acquire a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from the Broadway Gold Center RMA department. All returned merchandise must be shipped freight prepaid by customer.

5.       All returned merchandise must be in original resalable condition with all original packing, .

6.       All returned items will be repaired. If repair is not feasible, Broadway Gold Center will replace the items if still under warranty. If identical replacement is not available Broadway Gold Center reserves the right to replace with comparable goods.

8.       Broadway Gold Center reserves the right to inspect and test all returned merchandise. There will be no replacements or exchanges if the returned product meets the manufacturer's specifications. Customers will be charged for testing products are found to have no problems or defects.

1.       All refunds must be accompanied by original receipt and must be original resalable condition with all original packing manuals and.

2.   All items returned for refunds are subject to a fifteen (15) percent-restocking fee.
